Website Redesign & Rebrand Exploration
This project began as a senior capstone competition focused on redesigning the website for Roux & Brew Seafood & Steak House in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. While the competition brief centered exclusively on the website redesign, the coursework expanded to include a full conceptual rebrand—an opportunity to deepen my understanding of cohesive identity systems, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
Though the full rebrand was created primarily as a learning exercise, the logo I designed became a defining element within my website prototype and was later adopted by the restaurant as part of their updated visual identity. The final website design was selected by the Roux & Brew ownership team for implementation, blending refined structure with approachable southern character.
